We often talk about workplace culture on the GoodPractice Podcast but, this week, that word is banned as author Jon Ingham joins us to discuss his new book: The Social Organization.

Jon argues that 'culture' is too vague, and what we actually need to focus on is the cultivation of relationships.

If you'd like to share your thoughts on the show, you can find Ross on Twitter @RossGarnerGP, Owen @OwenFerguson and Peter @PeterCasebow.

Jon's book is available from Amazon, he tweets @JonIngham and his website is www.joningham.com.
